Thairapy Lounge Salon Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. To provide maximum protection to your credit card account, and to allow time for your order to process, our printable Gift Certificates become active and may be redeemed 24 hours after purchase. Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates contain value that may be used to purchase merchandise and services, however they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift certificates.

Please present your Thairapy Lounge Salon Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Thairapy Lounge Salon is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. Gift Certificate Online Purchasing Terms and Conditions

These Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase, use and redemption of gift certificates purchased online from Thairapy Lounge Salon. For questions, comments or suggestions, please contact Thairapy Lounge Salon.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are only redeemable at Thairapy Lounge Salon. Thairapy Lounge Salon reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their monetary value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate.

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates

• Thairapy Lounge Salon reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift certificates, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate.

• Thairapy Lounge Salon reserves the right to dishonor the gift certificate, if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.

• Thairapy Lounge Salon reserves the right to contact gift certificate purchasers, or known recipients, to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

• Thairapy Lounge Salon reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.

• Thairapy Lounge Salon is not responsible for emailed gift certificates that do not reach their intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified. Thairapy Lounge Salon can only verify receipt of gift certificate, if the recipient of the gift certificate actually uses the URL enclosed in the email message to access the gift certificate using an internet browser.

• Gift certificates, and these Terms and Conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of Oklahoma, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.
