SALON SPA POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to changing or canceling and we will gladly handle your reservation and waive our cancellation fee.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s).
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged for the full price of all scheduled service(s).
Please read Reservation Policy for our required 50% deposit on certain services.
RESERVATIONS
For appointments that are longer than one hour or multiple appointments in one day, we ask that you provide us with a credit card to reserve your appointment time. This also applies to large party accommodations.
Your card will not be charged unless you fail to meet our cancellation policy.
A 50% Deposit may be required for various services that are 90 min or more. This deposit is used towards your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice forfeit the deposit.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments begin and end on time in order to maintain the salon & spa’s schedule. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full length of your service.
A credit card may be requested to secure spa appointments and the same cancellation policy will apply.
LATE ARRIVALS
Should you arrive late for your treatment we will do our best to honor your full treatment time however it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your appointment for the consideration of other guests.
HEALTH & SAFETY

Please confirm any medical conditions that we should be aware of at the time of booking. If you are pregnant, please let us know and we will be happy to advise you of the treatments we can offer at this special time.
All massage guests will receive a medical questionnaire to fill out on their first visit.
Some facial or skin care treatments may require a skin sensitivity patch test up to twenty-four hours before your treatment. You will be advised at the time of booking if this is necessary.
Please Note:
We reserve the right to postpone any Salon or Spa service when a client is experiencing any contagious ailments. i.e. covid or flu symptoms, ringworm, cold sores, lice, nail fungus, etc.
CHILDREN
We kindly ask that all children under 10 without an appointment not accompany you while you are getting a service or treatment. We require that any child under 12 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.
While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon spa experience, it was created with a child’s safety in mind. Our salon spa is not child proof. Sharp implements and hot styling tools make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
We will do our best to keep our guests up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all guests to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Please reference our level system pricing information and disclaimers regarding hair density and thickness.
GRATUITIES
We truly appreciate you, our guest!
Gratuities are appreciated by the staff and should reflect your satisfaction with the services they provided.
The average gratuity is 10-20%; however, it is up to the discretion of the guest.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any service, package or gift certificate (unless stated).

PAYMENT
Thairapy Lounge Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash for payment of services and products.
As well as Thairapy Lounge Salon Gift Cards. For any type of restrictions regarding payments via Gift Cards, please view our gift card policy page here.
GIFT CARDS
Thairapy Lounge Salon Gift Cards can be purchased in the salon or online. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

GUEST SATISFACTION
Thairapy Lounge Salon stands firmly behind all of their salon & spa services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for 10 days from the date of service.
If you feel you would be more comfortable with another staff member or would simply prefer another opinion, we encourage you to try another staff member. We work as a team and are pleased to have guests served by any of our staff members.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Thairapy Lounge Salon proudly stands behind all their products including; Redken, Pureology, Brazilian Blowout, Sam Villa & Glo Skin Beauty. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Thairapy Lounge Salon, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging.
All sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) & cosmetics are final. No returns and no exchanges.
